Together, Andy and his AI collaborators developed a multiple-Markdown-file workflow in which each file carries a different layer of the project’s truth: the living specification, chronological build history, confirmed decisions, and exact next steps. Instead of reconstructing a complex project from memory, every session resumes from shared records. That continuity sharply reduces drift, lost decisions, and invented requirements—allowing human imagination and AI execution to meet as precision art.
